I had a wrong turn during my group ride with the PartyAnimal 80 (MonsterMinder 3.5+) ride this morning (7:35am AEST).
I joined the ride via the companion app 30 minutes before the ride, as normal. However, once the ride started the group turned right, but I turned left on my own.
So, I quit and rejoined the group.
Once again, at the same point, group turned right, but I turned left on my own.
I gave up after the second occasion. I do use a Sterzo smart steering block, if that has an effect. But this has never happened to me before.
A bug!
Twice in the past week by avatar has not followed the correct route.
The first time was during a race, the second was when I was riding with a pace partner.
I’m using apple tv.
Anyone else having issues since the past update?
Not keen to ride any races and risk my ride being ruined (again) until this is fixed.
It has happened to me twice in 2 days. Both were group rides. It must be the last update. I’m with you about not racing until this is fixed.
It happened again today on the Group Ride: 3R Endurance Steady Ride (B) on Petit Boucle in France at 7:30am AEST. The group turned left down the Petit KOM I continued on to Mont Ventoux alone.
Huge Bug.
Oh… I should mention I use a Sterzo Steerer… if that has anything to do with the issue.

Before the climb. Its coming from the esses when you are supposed to head towards the Volcano. One rider goes towards downtown instead of towards the Volcano.
Hi, Today this morning a friend of mine raced Stage4 Beach party. When 5km left of the race, his avatar turned into the wrong direction. is there anything one can do to prevent this from happening or make it less likely to happen or is this totally random?
To me it has it has only happened in pacepartner rides but I fear the day it will happen during a race.
