Why do i need a third party app (eg strava premium) to get a full view of my effforts in any ride i’ve done?
I know i can look at it before exiting, but entering the shower is much more tempting…
Hi Ivar,
You ask a very good question and I’m happy to help answer it.
The reason why what you’ve described is not in the game is that our Zwift devs have not yet developed an in-game tool or add-on for reviewing all previous Zwift activities.
It may be something that is developed at some point in the future and eventually added to the game, but for now you have access to numerous partner sites like Strava, TrainingPeaks, GarminConnect, Today’s Plan, and more. Establishing a connection between Zwift and any of those partner sites allows you to automatically upload .fit files from your Zwift virtual rides/runs and review the data for those activities in more detail. It all works fairly seamlessly, and you can find more information about this on the “Can I upload my .fit file/activity to a third-party site?” article.
I do sincerely thank you for the feedback and for sharing your thoughts here on our Community forums.
If you have any other questions, just let me know. Ride On!
Because if you go ride outside you save your rides on a 3rd party like strava and golden cheetah, this way you can have all your data in one place.
You can press the F10 key on your keyboard or the Camera Icon on the companion app and it will take a screen shot.
these 3rd party programs has spend a lot of time and money to be able to show you all the different training parameters. I would not want Zwift to spend all that time to reinvent something that is already out there.
JI use Garmin Connect, but it uploads my entire ride in one bulk entry and doesn’t separate it by mile. Is there a way to do this? If I use my garmin I can analyze each mile and/or interval easily. I’d love to figure how to do this with the data that’s uploaded from Zwift. Any help is appreciated!
