Workout days and time

Hi,

i am a new user to Zwift since some months. I started the plan Build me up and I am now in week 2. I have started the plan on a monday. The next weeks looks so (this weeks the workouts start at 7 pm)

Tuesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday

How can I change the days and time? I want to start my trainings on monday morning and so on.
