Workout Dates

Hi,
I have started the 12 week workout program.
All workouts for all weeks say “do by Thu”. Assume this means do by Thursday? Should these not be assigned specific dates?

I wonder if it is the same issue as reported on this thread

It does look like a bug. I haven’t done a training plan since last winter, but usually workouts left to do in the current week have “do by” with the date for the end of the week. Future weeks have “available at” and the date of the start of that week. Within the week you can do them in whatever order you want, they aren’t assigned on specific dates.

Why is it ‘Do by Thursday’?

I’d prefer to have my weeks end on Sunday. How do I change this in future workouts?

I’m not 100% sure but think if you enrol on any future plans on a Monday that will mean the end of your workout week is the Sunday.

Bottom line: you can and should completely ignore all of the scheduling stuff.

It’s up to you to decide when in each week to do each workout. I recommend having a rest day before the ones with highest TSS. I also tried to make sure I was fresh for the VO2 Max workouts in weeks 7, 8 and 9 as I wantef to knock Zwift out of ERG mode and go full gas for those intervals.

Oh, and respect the recovery weeks!
