In Windows 10, Wahoo Kickr Core gives a No Signal warning even though it is visible. What is the solution to this? There are no problems on Mac and Android. I couldn’t find any solution.
Check firmware for update
Ensure the Core is still not connected to either the Mac or Android…hard shut down/disconnect
try another app
I none of those work, reach out to Wahoo.
I tried them all, none of them work. Many people have this problem with Zwift. I don’t think there is a problem with wahoo.
Since it works with some devices but not others, the reason is probably the hardware used to pair the trainer. Are you pairing via Bluetooth or ANT+? If Bluetooth, is it built in to the PC or a dongle or PCIe card? If it’s a dongle do you have it on an extension lead? If it’s PCIe do you have the antenna on an extension lead?
Hi @Burak_Balki, welcome to the forums! I’m Gian from Zwift.
I’m sorry your Wahoo KICKR CORE isn’t pairing properly with Zwift on your Windows 10 machine. Since you’re able to connect to your Mac and Android, I share Paul’s view that the problem may lie in your PC.
Looking at your recent app session it appears there’s a problem with your PC’s Bluetooth. Could you please visit Microsoft’s article to troubleshoot Bluetooth issues, and see if you can update your Bluetooth driver by following the steps under “Make sure you have the latest drivers”? This section is almost at the bottom of the page. I would also run the Bluetooth troubleshooter per the article to see if anything pops up.
In the meantime, you can try pairing your trainer with your PC via the Zwift Companion app. This will remove your PC’s Bluetooth out of the equation, allowing you to use Zwift on your PC while we troubleshoot further.
Please let us know if that works for you. We’ll keep an eye out.
you tried other apps? If none of the other apps work that sounds like a Wahoo issue.
I have no problems with Mywhoosh on the computer. I only experience the problem with. I think I’ll part ways with Zwift and stick with MyWhoosh.
