Thank you for your post on Zwift. This is Haziel from Zwift Support.
The disappearing riders you’re seeing are actually a symptom of your intermittent internet connection. I took a look at your logs and noticed some drops, which explains why Zwift isn’t able to keep you connected to the rest of the pack.
To help you get this sorted, I’m sharing this article: Issues with Your Internet Connection. It covers possible troubleshooting steps for when your connection is dropping, like checking router placement, reducing interference, or restarting your network equipment.
