Sorry to bother you, but I have a request for advice - why I don’t get a badge from l’etape zwift prologue, even though I have completed the ride and have it recorded as finished. I’ve tried twice and nothing. What am I doing wrong please ? Many thanks for any information.
Looks like that route has a badge so you should get it. I would check in the Companion app on the Routes menu and see if you already have the badge. If not, contact support and ask for it.
