Perhaps they reversed that change? The short answer is that the event organizer does whatever they want so you would have to discuss it with them.
I’m less awake than normal and it took me a while to see you have suddenly increased your weight after yesterday’s race from 91Kg to 100Kg. That won’t change the calculation until you do any interval at higher pure Watts than your last 90 days.
To me, your power profile looks quite flat 5-15mins, especially 12-15mins, which I think is quite critical for predicting your zFTP.
Your zFTP is ~3.43W/Kg, the C limit is 3.36 iirc.
You might be able to lower your zFTP enough to drop back to C by doing a maximum effort ~5min interval, increasing your zMAP will lower your zFTP.

Their power profile is a fairly nice line 5-54mins, dropping to 286W. zFTP predicts ~60mins power.
Sorry I misunderstood your question. Steve’s answer is the right one, though I think it’s unlikely you can raise zMAP enough to push zFTP below 3.36W/kg due to your high 20 min power (without breaching the zMAP limit as well). There’s nothing wrong with trying that by doing a big 5-6 minute effort, but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone with 20 minute power above 3.52W/kg in C unless they are tiny. Perhaps it’s possible but anecdotally I have not seen it.
I recommend that you do not change your weight to attempt to game the category system.
