I was wondering what would be a good suggested approach to completing the entire 8 weeks with good gains.
Specifically related to number of workouts per week, how much rest/recovery you need before next workout?
Maybe a calendar setup of some kind. I ride everyday, so how much effort on these other days. Thanks for any suggestions. Cheers!!
