What is the proper procedure for switching from monthly payments to 12 month promo?

I’ve had a quick look and can’t find anything outside an AI response in regards to the correct way to apply a 12 month promo code.

I’m not sure if adding the code whilst being a current subscriber will cause issues. Do I cancel and wait a day or so before applying the code?

No, it doesn’t.

Or let’s say it should not… it’s Zwift, sometimes sh.. happens.

I had a two month promo (new trainer), added it to my subscription - started exactly the day after the “standard” monthly subscription ended.

do you pay your monthly fees directly to Zwift, or through the app store? There could be hiccups if via the latter method.

I pay monthly DD. I’ve just checked Google Play store and theres no subscription there for it

Promo codes typically become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You can apply the code either before your billing cycle ends or wait until the current month expires.
