I´ve got a Van Rysel D100 Zwift cog and Click for my birthday in december. It came with 2 months free subscriptions. I set up an account and started using zwift and haven´t redeemed the coupon. After the free trial it won´t allow me to redeem. I tried the coupon on a brand new account and still doesn´t work. What is the solution? Is that coupon wasted?

Upon reviewing your account I noticed that your last membership was paid through Apple. Therefore, based on this article: Activating Promotions or Gift Cards
If you’re paying for Zwift through third-party platforms, such as Apple, you’ll need to cancel your Zwift current membership and in case you have it already canceled, you’ll need to pay for your membership with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal directly through our website, Zwift.com. (Promo code won’t work with Apple subscription)
promo codes, and gift cards can only be applied to monthly memberships.
Promo codes will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle. Your next paid membership charge won’t be applied until your promotional period expires.
