Hi, i think this is not right.
Check my latest race zrs score event at zwift power (Ricardo Abrantes)
Zwift Crit Racing Club - The Bell Lap - Today 19:40
| I am A cat with 797 score, and the race in cat A was only with a Russian rider (name in game was “R.Roa” - see screenshot) |
|
| . He just did not raced at all, played around.. , i passed him about 4 times and saw it stoped. I ended doing the rest of the race in z2 since the victory was granted (we were just 2 riders..) But in table of this race my score shows 624 zrs with zero increment, but my zrs score is 797. I think the ended score should be 797 (+0) and no 624 (+0). the russian rider is not showed in final table, maybe he hacked and then quited , dunno. Can someone verify this and see if its normal or ive been hacked? Thanks in advance |

This is probably just your seed score. There are some event settings where it displays by mistake instead of your current score. Your profile shows your correct ZRS.

Hi Matt. Is there any way to fix this or delete that race from zwiftpower registry? Makes no sense my zrs be 797 and after the race i rode (in zone2 because i was left alone) the zrs be reported as 624 +(0), it should be showed 797 (+0).
Now, the chart shows that disastrous drop in my ZRS value, which is not true and i don’t like seeing that abrupt drop in zrs score due to a bug or bad racing event settings.
By the way, that chart can be seen in zwiftpower due to ZwiftPower google chrome extension add-on.
It never went down. Race again, and it will be around 797.

I don’t think you need to do anything but one way to verify it would be to sign up for one of the races where max ZRS is below 650. What happens when you try that?
For support with racing score data you can email zwiftpower@zwift.com
Of course they have nothing to do with the browser extension and can’t resolve any issues specific to that

Hi Paul, i just verified. I can only join races 650-1000 and my zrs score is still 797. I just wanted to correct the 624zrs that i got on the race i ended riding alone (in zone2 effort) because my competitors decide not to race or quited. If im 797zrs and won a race (even if all riders leaved the event) my zrs should be 797 not somehow 650. I’ve contacted zwift support and they say my zrs ended on 624zrs because i rode against a much weaker rider and iv’e performed lower watts.Thats how zwiftpower zrs works, in this specific case for me doesnt make much sense but its how it works and in the future ill choose more carefully the races i join. Thanks for reply.
That 624 score is NOT a new ZRS score it is almost certainly your Floor score. When there is no race result ZRS score change this is the method Zwift uses to show that the race result didn’t count for ZRS changes.
There are generally three reasons why a ZRS race doesn’t count for result changes:
- The race wasn’t set up for ZRS result scoring.
- There was only one finisher in the race.
- The racer had a poor result and failed to meet the minimum effort requirement.
I’m sure if you check all the official Zwift and ZwiftPower sites you will only find your ZRS score as still 797.
You’re only seeing 624 when you use your browser extension for ZwiftPower. It is not your new ZRS.
Zwift support have not given you the correct answer.
