My ZRS score went down from 334 to 282 but I can still only join events in the 334 score. Is this a bug?
Also why does my normalised power never show up in Zwift power results?
You finished well above 50% of the finishers in your pen and more importantly, almost certainly well above 50% of the signups for your pen.
Your ZRS will be increasing, not decreasing, when ZRS is repaired by ZwiftHQ… It broke earlier, possibly while processing pen E 1710 GMT race results.
Your result score is incorrect, along with everyone else in the race. The new ZRS scores have not been calculated for the race, yet, and that 282 figure is likely your floor score. With your finishing position you can expect to gain a few points.
I’d wait until this is resolved:
I completed a race this morning and it showed my score at 307, down from 395. Now that it updated I am back to 394
Thank you all for letting me know this is a bug and in process of being fixed.
The problem is apparently fixed now.
now they just need to fix ZRS as a whole
