Hello ive completed over 10 races lately but my Zwift power race score doesnt asjust here or in my race score on zwift account , i have only 1 race score showing here ,please can you advise , kind regards Richard Butt,
It looks like you have done ZRL events (not scored so ignore those) and I observe that on zwiftracing.app you have been excluded from vELO changes due to insufficient effort in several recent races. I’m not sure if that’s affecting your racing score outcomes as well since your profile is private and I’m not working hard enough to find the results of your races on the Zwift website or Companion, but I wonder if you are running into anti-tanking countermeasures.
ZRL races are scored. I think you have given this inaccurate information a few times in different places.
TTT are not, points & scratch races are.
Thanks, so I take it they are scored but results show no scoring? Here’s a ZRL scratch race Richard did:
The previous one, a ZRacing event:
Score is at the floor value so it can’t go down. That’s as low as it can go.
Yes, it impacts ZRS but doesn’t reflect that change in the companion app.
JB confirmed this yesterday on the Facebook post I think you responded to.
The issue here is that you’re at your score floor, and your results haven’t done anything to move you up from there.
The details behind the score movements are complex, but the simple version is “top half goes up, bottom half goes down”.
The other thing to note is that your power from your race on November 5th is quite a bit higher than anything you’ve done since. That effort will be defining your floor until it is more than 90 days old, assuming you haven’t done a similar 5 minute power in a non-race activity since then. If my maths is right you’ve got about a week until your score will start changing again.
Hi @TrickyRich_666, welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
There are a bunch of reasons why racing scores can’t go up, and it can be pretty confusing/puzzling. Just something else to add!
There are events that are set up to not allow racers’ scores to update. The event needs to have a “ranked tag” for the result to impact a rider’s score.
Perhaps time for Zwift to explain how it works ?
