What are inaccuracies during group workouts with elastic band mode

If I’m in a group workout with the elastic band mode which keeps all riders together what is inaccurate in my results? Speed distance or power? I know I’m a lot slower than everyone else so I’m assuming we’re not all getting credit for the same work.

Since workouts are based on power, I would say power has to be correct. Thus, speed and distance are what get tweaked with the ‘elastic band’.
