Wattbike Proton gear display

Please implement the gear display on the Wattbike Proton as you have on the Wattbike Atom. It will make using Zwift a lot better.

Gear display no longer working for me after last zwift update on wattbike atom. Wattbike says it’s a zwift issue. Very annoying, so I am just chiming in in solidarity.

Zwift customer service emailed and said that many problems with gear display are present and they have no timeline for a fix. Charming.

Same, I have no gear display with the atom or the proton.

Gf has always had gear display with Atom V2 dunno why you don’t Jennifer. Maybe you need to update the firmware by performing a “quick ride” on the Wattbike hub app.

I did have a gear display with the Atom but it disappeared, even after updating. It’s a strange one! Never had the gear display with the Proton, though, which is frustrating.

The gears are still showing for my Atom v2 :person_shrugging:

I have just set up my Wattbike Proton on Zwift and I cannot see the gear display in the HUD. I am running Zwift through Apple TV and it’s updated to the current version and Zwift is also updated. Does anyone else have this problem

Hopefully this gets resolved soon - it’s annoying. Should be an easy fix

Hi folks,

Will Wattbike (Proton) gears ever be added to the Zwift UI?
I’ve tried searching this in the forum but can see some people who have it for the Atom, and others who don’t have it at all (like me).
Very confused as to why some do and don’t. Is it me? Am I missing a setting?

You’ll have it on the Atom unless you’re running Zwift on Android, iirc. Works just fine on PC.

The Proton is a wait and see. Give Wattbike a shout and see if they have a roadmap.
