Gears not displaying Wattbike atom [April 2024] [iOS]

Dear Zwift
This looks v similar to an issue you had in April 2023 that lots of users identified but which is now a closed/solved thread. I can report the issue has reappeared. The gears on wattbike antom are not displaying as of 2 weeks ago but they function fine. It’s v annoying when racing however and really wish it could be fixed easily. I’m using most up to date version on iphone.

Thanks for your reply! I was in a race last night and it seems like the issue might have been resolved as the gears were present again! I don’t know what might have caused this to disappear but seems like it might be fixed again.

My gears display on Zwift in top left hand corner have stopped displaying but still function. I have most up to date software . Can you advise on how to fix please. I have a Wattbike Atom.

I saw but Iain’s seemed to resolve its self. Mine have been like that for around 3-4 weeks now

We are monitoring this issue to see if we can collect more reports. In the meantime, please try to check for firmware updates on Wattbike Hub app. I’d like to suggest you check the shifter batteries life.

Hi, yes can confirm this is an issue for me as well. Gears not showing on ios app. Have the latest wattbike firmware version and shifter batteries are fine.

Same issue for me. Gear display disappeared prior to the most recent Zwift update.
