It was “backwards day” in Watopia today:
Uphill was easy trainer resistance and downhill was hard resistance…
I saved, exited to France RGV, which was normal (harder uphill, easier downhill)
then went back to Watopia - and it was still opposite day in Watopia. Is it April 1st or something?
This was the case for me, and a friend - both of us on Saris M2 wheel-on trainers.
It sounds like the trainer is not connecting correctly to Zwift. Do you get multiple options when you connect. If it auto connects try unpairing it and click search on controllable trainer to see what options you get.

It all worked fine today… it was an interesting effect. Issue Closed.
