However it does connect with phone. Previously it was connecting with same PC
I am beginning to have the feeling something went wrong with BLE connection lately… nothing concrete, still, a feeling: I see BLE issues being mentioned more often in the forums, and I did experience some myself (although not as significant as yours.)

try turning off BT on your phone, start Zwift and see if your PC grabs the BT signal. I suspect that something else is grabbing your signal. An alternative is to buy a ANT+ dongle for your PC and connect that way.
