Wahoo Kickr v5 Issue

Hi Guys.

I have a wahoo kickr v5 and trying to use Zwift and i cannot update the firmware for the wahoo. Has anyone had this issue?

The error message would seem to indicate that this is a Wahoo problem, assuming that your home network is functioning correctly. If you try it again on a different day and it’s still failing, you need to contact Wahoo support.

Is your Wahoo app up to date?

Could try a different network such as cellular data (turn off WiFi on the phone) or try a different phone or tablet, but you can probably ride it with whatever firmware is already on it and wait for a response from Wahoo support.

I can’t seem to get my Android phone to perform updates on my V5, but my Android tablet does them just fine. Even if I stick them both right next to the trainer to rule out weak signals. No idea why. Maybe try a different device?
