Wahoo kickr core including 12-speed cassette

Hi, I want to order the Wahoo kickr core from zwift website including a 12-speed cassette.

How do i know if this cassette works with my bike?

I have a Cannondale Synapse 2LE with a Shimano Cs-R7100 105 12-speed cassette installed.

Will this work?

I use the same gears bit i dont think the 12v is available right now, right?

Yeah it appears to be sold out in the US right now, though I imagine it will be restocked.

You could order it with any available configuration and then add the cassette of your choice. If you go that route I would just get the same cassette as you have on the bike. I believe the one that comes on the trainer is a cheap off-brand cassette that likely won’t be quite as good as a real Shimano cassette in terms of shifting performance, noise, or longevity.
