My Wahoo Kickr firmware has been updated- it I get error message that says it’s not compatible with shifting. Is my trainer old or am I doing something wrong?
Read the part number on the sticker on the trainer and look it up on this chart:

Which one do you have? Only the Kickr Core V1, Kickr Core V2, Kickr V6, and Kickr MOVE are compatible with virtual shifting. The other 5 versions of the trainer are not.
