Suddenly Zwift can’t find my wahoo cadence and heart rate monitors. I’m using Zwift on an iPad and everything was fine until this week. I can bring up the wahoo products on the wahoo app with no issues.
I noticed from your most recent ride activity that you had your Tickr X paired for Cadence and Heart Rate. Are you still having problems pairing your devices to Zwift?
If so, we have an article on the Knowledge base which explains what you can do to resolve problems where you can’t pair your Bluetooth devices to Zwift.
Make sure other apps (Wahoo app for example) are closed so as not to steal the Bluetooth connection from Zwift.
