Why won’t they connect? I thought you guys had said you finally had bluetooth compatibility?!?
Make sure your computer and phone are on the same Wifi network (I had to split my Linksys Wifi into 2 access points one for each frequency and name them differently to make sure they were connected to the same network), check to verify that you have Bluetooth LE Sensors turned on in the Settings of the Zwift app and you might want to take a look at this post: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/articles/206576683-Bluetooth-LE-BLE-Support-for-HR-Monitors-Power-Meters-and-Cadence-Speed-Sensors
