Hi guys,

How are you trying to connect it to Zwift?
ANT+ or Bluetooth?
PC, Mac, iOS, AppleTV?
More info would be helpful in assisting you in resolving your issue.
With ANT+ and PC windows
I am not seeing that trainer on the supported hardware list: https://zwift.com/hardware/
From what I am finding it is about 5 years old.
i bought it from someone else, i don’t know exactly. he said about 2years
It’s also not showing up on this list: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/articles/203152565-Which-trainers-does-Zwift-support-
You may have to set it up as a classic trainer. meaning you will have to put a speed sensor on the rear wheel or install a power meter on it to get going on Zwift.
but it’s weird because the trainer has a power meter en i have to connect it on the lightnet
I think it is using an older version ANT or ANT+.
oke, thanks
I think this will explain the issue with the older Tacx trainers: https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2015/06/trainer-profile-zwifttrainerroadkinomap.html
I don’t think the upgrade to the new ANT+ FE-C is available for that trainer, but you can check with the Tacx app on an phone if you can get it to connect.
if it`s not a smart trainer with fec it will not work…you have bought a pup
