Tacx Vortex Not Connecting To Zwift

Hi! I am trying to connect my Tacx Vortex to Zwift. It shows up on the Tacx Utility app and the training app but when I go to log into Zwift it doesn’t show up. I turn off the Bluetooth on my phone so there is nothing connected to the trainer well it is connecting to zwift. Both zwift and the trainer are up to date.

Any ideas?

What are you running the Zwift app on and are you using Bluetooth or ANT+ to connect?

I used it all last winter the exact same way and it worked very well.
