Cannot connect Tacx Vortex via bluetooth

Hi, New Zwifter here.

I am trying to connect for days my Vortex via Mobile app and bluetooth to my PC. There are days it works by trial and error, unplug, shutdown app or restart.

Tacx support has been helpless. Before I go to refund their product, I am posting here. All products are meant to do their intended jobs as designed, but not.

I am not considering ANT+ for now as bluetooth is advertised by both parties Zwift and Tacx, thus should be working.

Comments on where to look in terms of software and setup will be appreciated.

My suggestion would be to get an ANT+ dongle and a USB extension, it’s a much more reliable way to connect and your issues would surely disappear. 

First of all, make sure to keep your Game and ZC app up to date. An older version may be incompatible.
