It can’t be just me who thinks the battery replacement process for the virtual shift module is next to impossible to complete. This is a terrible design

Please note that your Zwift Click comes with a CR 2032 battery installed, this should last over 100 hours. When the LED on the Zwift click flashes orange, means that you need to replace it, if that is the case please follow the steps in this article Changing Your Zwift Click Battery, if you faced any issues to replace the battery, please feel free to contact us.

I read the instructions and watched the video on how to replace the battery and neither helped.
The contact option below send me to chat with an AI bot which I also tried during my ordeal and didn’t help.
The battery would not stay in place after flipping the unit over to screw in the 4 screws.
