Video Screenshot went missing [Windows] [1.82]

Where’s the video screenshots option gone? Don’t see it in my machine currently

Which CPU do you have and how much RAM? Do you see it in settings at all?

It’s an i3 gen10 with 8gb and I know they’ve messed with it being greater than 8gb but I still had the option of enabling it, its gone completely now, and I haven’t had the update so the function has been removed via stealth tactics on one of the other updates

Mines gone too, at least it was turned off. Didn’t check to see if I could turn it back on. I’ve got an i3-12100F with 16GB Ram.

I have an i5-12400F with 16GB RAM and mine was not disabled

Odd, 12th generation Intel CPUs had a massive improvement in single core performance iirc.

Hey @Rich and @Steve_Cl

I’ve split your reports into this dedicated thread. We’re investigating because both your PCs are plenty capable of using Video Screenshots.

@Rich and @Tom_Shelton

UPDATE: this should be solved for you now with a server-side fix. You’ll have to exit and re-open the Zwift app for it to take effect.

Please let us know if Video Screenshots are available again (or not)? TIA.

I’ll check later tonight I’m assuming that’s it’s disabled as default due to only 8gb?

Working, and enabled by default for me. Thanks for getting it fixed so quickly.

The option is back but if still like to see machines with 8gb enabled by default as you said there machine is more than capable of it
