Until two days ago my Garmin Vector 3s pedals were working great in Zwift. Now I’m unable to get Zwift to even recognize them let alone pair. I know they are working as I replaced the battery and they pair with my Fenix 5.
As usual, Zwift support is not answering my email. Does anyone have a solution for this?
They’re probably paired with something else such as Garmin Connect.
I’m having the same problem. I have an Essential PH-1 running Android 9. I’m able to pair my Vector 3S pedals with my Garmin Connect App on the Phone and I can pair the pedals with Zwift for Windows using Bluetooth. They do not appear at all within Zwift for Android, but my BLE Heart rate, cadence and speed sensors all appear. The pedals are not paired with anything else (double checked that).
