Dear all,

I have an issue with my Van Rysel D100. I installed a zwift cog v2. But I got the following message: Your smart trainer currently doesn’t support virtual shifting. However, you can still use your controllers for other actions within Zwift.

I tried to enable it in the setting menu. But I couldn’t find it. I tried on an Iphone and on a mac.

Any Idea?

Your trainer doesn’t support virtual shifting without a firmware update from Van Rysel. They released an update for that, but there have been some recent reports from people unable to install it. Try this process and contact Van Rysel if it doesn’t work:
