V1.117 (162952) broke ERG on iOS until full reinstall — Tacx Flux S

Posting as FYI in case others hit this after updating to 1.117.0 (build 162952).

After the update, ERG mode stopped holding target power in workouts on my iPad (iOS) with a Tacx Flux S — the trainer no longer adjusted resistance to the interval target. Setup had worked fine for a long time before this.

Things that did not help: toggling Bluetooth, recalibration/spindown, fully unpairing and re-pairing all functions (Power / Controllable / Cadence) in Zwift, power-cycling the trainer. ERG also worked perfectly the whole time in the Tacx Training app, with the latest firmware — so it was clearly on the Zwift side, not the trainer.

What fixed it: a full uninstall + reinstall of the Zwift app. ERG holds target power normally again after that.

Looks like the 1.117 update left some local Zwift data/config in a bad state that a normal update didn’t clear — a reinstall did. Might be worth a look so others don’t have to reinstall to recover ERG.

I’m getting a different but possibly related issue. It also seems to have to do with configuration files that are incorrect after the v1.117 update.

@Oleksandr_Biletskyi Is Zwift still using AppData/Local/Zwift to store its data on your device? Or did it revert to using Documents/Zwift?

He’s on an iPad so there’s no visibility into the local state data or its location AFAIK
