I’ve prepared the Neo for the thru-axles (changed the adapters) and was about to fasten the axle. However, the adapter on the right side (M12 x1, same size as the aeroad) doesn’t fit all the way in, only about 3 rotations. The remaining part sticks out… I believe this is not supposed to be like that - any tips?
