Hi, I’ve installed the Zwift Ride on my Direto XR since Elite updated the firmware. Everything works fine.
I just have a problem with the adapters for the thru axle. I bought the Zwift ones thinking that it would install without a problem and that’s not the case. Not the same diameter.
When I look on the websites, there are lots of models and it’s not very clear.
Can anyone tell me what adapters to order if they have the same configuration?

You should have received adapters with the Direto when you bought that.
I haven’t found anything in my belongings that fits the bill.
If I need to buy adapters, any idea of the right model?
