Upgrading Zwift Cog 1 to 2 on Wahoo Kickr Core

Hi friends. I recently bought a Wahoo Kickr Core which came with Zwift Cog 1. I then purchased the Zwift bike frame, delivered with a Cog 2. I have two issues:
A/ When opening the Cog 2, it came apart and I am having a difficult time re-assembling it. Is there an exploded view or assembly instruction guide for the cog (v2) itself?
B/ Is there a video or Webpage showing how to remove Cog 1 and install Cog 2 in place? I cannot seem to find one on the Zwift site or YouTube.

Seems to me that DC Rainmaker did dissamble and reassemble as well.
