Updating issues on windows 10

Desperate for help please. My program crashed AGAIN this evening. I opted to uninstall it (windows 10 and reinstall. Now the welcome screen just sits with the updating banner at the bottom and not doing anything. Also had the following script shown as in the attached photo. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Paul. Will check these out tomorrow… laptop nearly went outta the window… and I use cycling as a way of sorting my head out… :grinning::grinning::grinning:
