I am not a network guy but I guess there is something blocking your Zwift downloads.
55 minutes?! Something is seriously wrong with your network and/or computer.

250M broadband connection (business account - no contention). PC connected to router via CAT-5 cable. \Not wireless.
PC (laptop) is only powered on for this activity. Beginning to think it is something to do with microsoft updates (download parts) happening IN PARALLEL AND TAKING PRIORITY. Need to investigate further.
Anyone got any idea as to how much data comes down in the Zwift update - It appears to be an awful lot!
The entire game is only 2.3GB uncompressed, which on your connection would take less than two minutes to download.
I doubt you have a cable tester so try replacing the network cable and make sure you use CAT6 or higher.
