Unable to upload custom workouts to Zwift - YourZwiftID missing

Hi Folks, hope you can help. 2 issues

  1. where do I upload the custom workouts to assets or data folder?
  2. when I look into both folders workouts yourzwift ID is missing

Look in Documents\Zwift\Workouts
