Unable to get past device confirmation screen


This happened after an update and happens on both my laptop and desktop. I log in and Zwift starts to load. I reach the screen where I can confirm all my connected devices and I then try to select “OK”. However when I do this I’m immediately dumped back into windows. Zwift is still on in the background but when I switch back its still at device confirmation and I can’t hit “OK”.


I haven’t been on Zwift in weeks, I was hoping it would be fixed in an update.

My first inclination would be to uninstall Zwift completely and then re-install. If that doesn’t work, open up a support ticket here: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

And we’ll help you dig deeper into the issue.
