Unable to generate return label - poor service

Like several others I have found it impossible to generate a return label for a physical item (cog & click) purchased recently. Any contact has to be through their webchat service and despite being advised to email them directly (on orders@zwift.com) I have had no reply or acknowledgement of receipt. Very disappointed at this poor level of service.

Unlike others I have been able to print the returns label however when I attempted to return the parcel the currier refused to accept the item as the label was not valid. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact Zwift Customer Services I have been met with complete radio silence. If anyone has suggestions on how to make contact please do let me know.
