if been trying to find a way to contact about this issue for days. there is no way to talk to a person under any circumstances. such a frustrating experience.
I initiated a return for the Zwift Click which was accepted. the link to download the return label did not work and the email saying to download the print label also does not contain the link to download the label. if i try the return process again it just says that the return has already been initiated. how can i get the return label??

mate I’m not sure it’s still valid to you, there is something strange with those return links, i had same issue as you on my pc, however when I’ve opened “return mail” on my mobile phone - return label could be downloaded without issue. you might try this. cheers!
