I downloaded the app from the website on my macbook pro and I was able to connect it to my Elite Smart Digital B+. I then started a training but my character doesn’t move at all, it looks like the app is not receiving any data from the bike trainer. Is there something I can do to fix this? I am connecting through bluetooth

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues pairing up your Elite Smart Digital B+ to Zwift on your Macbook Pro. The biggest reason for this issue is the Elite Smart Digital B+ is still paired to another app or device and stealing the signal from Zwift being able to see the data transmitted. We suggest making sure that all other apps you may have used the trainer on be closed out and not running in the background, and all Bluetooth devices (not being used for Zwift) turned off to rule out signal interference. That includes a bike computer if you’re using one. Let us know if that doesn’t work.
