Same issue as others, since update Technogym MyRun is not available in Run option but can be selected as a Ride option.
Same issue with wahoo tickr not recognised in run on iOS phone
In an interesting development, I was able to pair my Garmin 945 in āVirtual Runā mode via Apple TV. Given that other Bluetooth sources arenāt recognized, not sure why the watch works.
same issue with connecting Horizon Omega Z. on android & win 10
The update on my android phone broke all connections to Zwift. No bluetooth device will connect to Zwift. Whether it is the treadmill, styrd pod, or heart rate monitor, none will connect.
Zero issues when connecting to a PC with a bluetooth dongle or an ant+ dongle. So it has to do something with the latest update for mobile devices.
Same issue - Zwift app on Apple TV (run mode) no longer picking up Treadmill (Sole F85) bluetooth connection after software update.
Picks up treadmill as power source on ride mode.
I cannot get Zwift Run to recognize my new Life Fitness T5 treadmill. It recognizes a signal and sometimes will very briefly show āTreadmillā on the pair list, which then disappears. I tried using my iPhone and iPad on multiple occasions. Any advice welcome.
Monday update:
We want to let everyone know that weāre working on a fix for this ASAP. Iāll update this thread as we have the details.
Thank you. It appears that the issue is affecting everyone, but for the record, I will add that my iPad now thinks that my Sole F80 treadmill is a bike trainer (and interferes with connecting my Kickr when both are on).
Same issue on IPad and same treadmill
My Sole F80 is having the same issue. Tried with Android on my phone (Pixel 3XL) and tablet (Samsung Tab S6 lite).
I also tried with my PC, but same issue for Windows.
Then I tried to use my Wahoo Tickr X for treadmill, cadence and HR. On both tablet and phone it only shows up for HR.
For the PC, it shows up for the three of them but unable to calibrate. I start running for the calibration but the speed stays on 0.00 mph and cadence of 0. HR works fine.
Hope the issue is fixed soon!
Iāve been unable to connect my Noblepro to my Windows 10 Laptop since Friday (even then it was not connecting properly so I had to use my Zwift Foot Pod instead). For a while my Samsung Galaxy S9 seemed to connect, but last time I tried this wouldnāt connect either.
I canāt believe Zwift rolled out an update which has had such a negative effect on so many people, was it not thoroughly tested first?
Letās hope Zwift manage to fix the issue very soonā¦
Same: I am using an Apple TV and my Horizon AT-4 treadmill is no longer pairing under the run option, it is pairing for cycling, like many others on this forum.
Runn sensor not detected by Zwift. I hope it will be updated soonā¦.itās been 4 days without it and it is a painā¦.
Following for updates. Just bought a Sole F80 treadmill and Zwift tells me it is a controllable cycling trainer. Tickr X is able to connect HR but not cadence. Win 10 PC + Droid phone.
Same here.
Luckily, I found this forum as I just bought a new treadmill advertised that Zwift supported.
I spent hours fixing it and about to return to store.
I will have to wait then.
Yesterday I bought a sole f65 2019 treadmill. It does not connect to pc. I spend 3 hours trying to figure out what happend until found this topic.Hope that zwift fix all this soon.
The same here We bought this week a treadmill and yesterday spent hours trying to find out why itās not appearing on zwift. Now I finally know what the problem is. I have already managed to sent a complain to the treadmill service
I have to say Iām a little disappointed that there is no fix after 5-6 days. Basically this update meant that everyone who uses the actual treadmill as a sensor cannot use Zwift. Yes, connecting for example a watch is a workaround, but not everyone has one of these. Somehow I donāt think it would take 5 days for a solution if the problem was that the thousands of people who ride on Zwift couldnāt connect their bikes at all
