Training Plan Length

The Build Me Up training plan has a duration of 10-12 weeks. When selecting 10 weeks, which weeks are removed from the plan? Or is it more dynamic and individual workouts removed throughout the duration of the plan to reduce its length?

I’ve completed the plan in the past and saw good results so I’m keen to re-enrol but I’m tempted to reduce the length now the warmer weather is arriving.

I don’t know for sure. I ‘stretched out’ the Gravel Grinder plan last year so that the end would roughly coincide with an event that I was training for, but haven’t gone the other way (condensing a plan). If it’s anything like the pre-training plan workouts (e.g. 10-12 week FTP builder)? To do the plan in 10 weeks, you skip weeks 1 and 2 because those are too easy if you’re already in good shape.
