Hi all not sure if anyone else has experienced this but since the last update, i entered Stage 3 of the ToW and about 3km to the finish line of doing Downtown Titans route Zwift froze amd crashed back to the desktop. Unfortunately i wasnt able to rejoin 
. However when heading back into Zwift i noticed my avatar reset to the default Zwift bike and Zwift kit.
So feeling it was a one off as ive never really had any issue’s with zwift before i logged in to do todays stage 4 and same again about 8km into the ride Zwift froze amd crashed to dashboard, i logged back in and my avatar has reset again but this time i could rejoin as late join was enabled. Whilst in the ride the game froze on screen bit i could still hear the surrounding sounds after about 5 seconds or so the game came back… it did this 3 times.
Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
