Will a Zwift representative please respond.
I bought a new laptop windows 10/11 because you were updating the systems. No problem I understand after 6 years of a older operating system things need to be changed, however this is the 2nd time in a month I log on, ride for 7 miles and then my avatar locks up.
I go to restart, get to the ride screen and as soon as I start riding it locks up again, this is getting ridiculous.
What is going on at Zwift:rage:

You probably could have just updated the operating system on your old PC to Windows 10. That aside, please post your system specs because it sounds like you’re running into the 10th/11th gen Intel freezing problem, described here (with some possible solutions linked): Crash mid game (PC) - #3 by Dave_ZPCMR

Yup, check that link then. It’s a known issue. You need to roll back your Intel display drivers and hope for the best.
