Still no NY jersey as of 12/29. Sent another support request today 1/3. Rather annoying that I never received my “24 hr reply” to the support request. Not even a sorry we’re busy email. It seems to go in a black hole. I like Zwift but general support needs help, including documentation. I did support for 9 years so I know the drill!
Finally, after sending this latest support ticket, I got a response. They wanted a “screenshot of your item carousel scrolled all the way to the right”. They are SUPER busy and asked for patience. I suggest they look at this thread since others still have not gotten their kit either.
