NYC Kit never delivered

The NYC kit I earned earlier this month did not show up in the kit selection. What’s going on and how can I get this resolved?

Hey Bruce we have on our side that you were delivered the kit, were you able to see it after updating your Zwift application?

Also, my jersey from the Tour of New York did not appear in the jersey collection, though I’ve completed all stages. Can you help me?

Hi Vincent,
I logged into the application on both my Mac and Iphone and the kit is not visible in my collection of Jerseys.
I’m not sure what you mean by “update”…would that be a delete and re-install of the app?

I received my NYC kit today. Thanks Vincent and John S. from Zwift Support. I sent in a ticket on the 20th to Zwift support for this issue and apparently there is a manual unlock list for the kit that I was placed.

@lukas_ranicar You checked all the way to the right of your kit section for the kit right? Investigating now.

I have not received my kit from the Tour of NY either. Can you please unlock it?

Hey Zwift guys, please help me in getting the NYC kit. I completed the tour and soon after I went on a long vacation. But now Iam back. I don’t see the kit in my closet.
