Tour De-Zwift Stage 5

Hi I am hoping someone can help I completed my Stage 5 of the Tour on 27 Jan and the tick has not confirmed as I have done it even though I had the email and confirmation I had completed stage 5 - Can anyone help with this please

I have the same problem with Stage 6
