Does annyone else has connection problems during tour de zwift stage 2?
My connection , power meter, caddence and hartrate monitor crasht like 4 times during the ride
Welcome to forums, this is Haziel, Zwift Support Specialist, I checked your logs on your account and I noticed that there have been some signal interruptions on your account, it’s likely Zwift isn’t receiving all of your data packets via Bluetooth (BLE).
I will share this article BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips which covers some of the main reasons that might be causing this interference and their possible solutions.
On your Apple TV we recommend using the Zwift Companion App as a Bridge since Apple TV allows a maximum of 3 different BLE devices (including the Apple TV’s remote) to be paired at once.
